The task was to design a print publication. The criteria for this project were exceptional, new ideas for printed books or hybrid book forms in order to make visible impulses for tomorrow as well as quality concepts of today. The primary aim was not to produce a complete book, but rather to develop innovative concepts and visualize them using a draft copy.
Of the Universe, originally appeared as a non-fiction book. It deals with the origin of our universe and covers more than two millennia of physics. Through the redesign, readers should be able to fathom the book. Parts of the physical facts are made physically tangible for them. There is the possibility to let own experiences flow into the book.
